Rules and Regulations

Upon renting the City of Larchwood Community Meeting Room, I understand and hereby agree to the following rules:

1.   Smoking is prohibited.

2.   No decorations may be taped or tacked to the walls or ceiling.  Only table and floor decorations can be used.

3.   Before leaving:

                Wipe off tables used

                Sweep floor

                Put tables and chairs back in place

                Check bathrooms-stools are flushed

                 Faucets are turned off

                Turn off lights

                Close and lock doors

4.   Should a spill occur, clean area as well as possible. Notify City Hall that a spill occurred.

5.   Thermostat is preprogrammed. 

6.   Garbage is to be placed in proper receptacle (dumpster) and/or taken home. Dumpster is located on the west side of the building.

7.   Report any damages to City Hall.

8.   Return key promptly during regular business hours or use the night depository.

        9. Supplies are located in the closet.
