AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY OF LARCHWOOD ZONING ORDINANCE, NAMELY ARTICLE # 3: DEFINITIONS / USE CLASSIFICATIONS.

SECTION 1: DEFINITIONS.

Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Larchwood.

Section 1 of said ordinance is hereby amended to add the following changes:

The following shall be added:

BUILDING, ACCESSORY: Any accessory building shall be classified as a permanent building.

FOUNDATION: All residential structures shall have a continuous and complete frost protected perimeter foundation. Foundation materials may be masonry, poured concrete, wood or metal and must extend below the normal frost line. The structure must be permanently attached to the foundation.
