 General Conditions of Use

  1. Animals are not allowed in the building with the exception of drug dogs and dogs that assist the vision-impaired.
  1. Smoking, alcohol, illegal drugs, weapons, abusive language, fighting or intimidation will not be tolerated.
  1. Roller-skates, roller-blades, tricycles, bicycles, skateboards, etc. are not allowed in the facility.
  1. Appropriate shoes and attire must be worn at all times.
  1. Food and drink containers must be disposed of properly.  Food and drink will not be allowed in the court area.  Only water will be allowed on the stage area.
  1. City Hall must be contacted for special events such as soup suppers, etc.
  1. You must be at least 12 years of age or at least in the fifth grade to access the facililty unattended.  Anyone not yet 12 years of age or not yet in the fifth grade must be accompanied by a responsible family member.  It is strictly against policy to allow unattended children to use the facility.
  1. You must be at least 16 years old or at least a freshman in high school to use the weight lifting exercise equipment unattended.  Anyone not yet 16 years old or not yet a freshmen in high school must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian while using the weight-lifting equipment.
  1. The individual or group responsible for the loss must reimburse the cost of any equipment that is damaged, lost, destroyed or used inappropriately.
  1. The City of Larchwood is not responsible for any lost or stolen property.  Lost or found articles should be reported immediately to the city clerk’s office.
  1.  Abuse of any of the conditions or use will result in immediate revocation of the family’s access privileges until the matter is resolved to the satisfaction of the City Council.  In order to remove the revocation and work out a solution, your attendance will be required at the boards regularly scheduled monthly meetings.
