Heat Rate for Residential, small, commercial, single-phase members.
The
City of
Larchwood
is
proud to announce the following programs for all electrical users with an
effective date of
April
1, 1995
.
All
requests for reimbursement must be made within 60 days of installation.
DUAL
FUEL/ELECTRIC PROGRAM
Rebate and incentives for converting your existing fossil fuel
furnace to a Dual Fuel System or for installation on new construction.
<Duel
Fuel/Electric Heat Rate is as follows:
Service Charge $10.00
First one thousand
kilowatts shall be .06 cents per kilowatt-hour
All remaining kilowatts shall be .0475
<$500.00
rebate for conversions to electric with a fossil fuel backup.
<Electric
heat must be used as your main source of heat.
<Must
use 5000 kilo-watt hours during the heating season (Oct. 1, through May 1)
ELECTRIC
WATER HEATER REBATE PROGRAM
<Rebate
is $2.00 per gallon for any new or replacement electric water heater with
the energy efficient equivalent (having an "Energy Factor" of
.91+) for any customer.
